Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received.

Custom orders may require additional time, depending on design complexity. We will notify you by email if there are any delays.

Orders are processed 7 days per week, but cannot be shipped or delivered on Sundays or UK public holidays, due to carrier policies.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and based on weight and delivery speed. Estimated delivery times:
UK (Standard)
Royal Mail / Courier: 2–4 business days
UK (Express)
Next-Day Courier: 1 business day
Note: Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Unexpected delays (e.g. customs, strikes, extreme weather) may occur.
3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable).
4. Delivery Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct.

We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an address issue, reshipping fees may apply.
5. Damaged or Lost Orders

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.

If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we will help track it or file a claim with the carrier where applicable.
